When signed up to one our challenges and started working me she was:-
Low on confidence.
Wore baggy clothes.
Had no idea on what the best nutrition plan was to follow.
Had no training routine and what was the best exercises.
When working with me and my team we provided her with that accountability, guidance and support. As well as a nutrition plan. Here’s what she had to say about her journey with us below.
“I started PT for the second time last Jan on their 10 week challenge after i gained even more weight due to binging, i became unrecognisable, I wouldn’t try clothes on and wouldn’t look myself in the mirror, the turning point for me was being asked if i was pregnant again.
I can’t imagine going to any other gym, the support, motivation and inspiration you get from the team and other people is just overwhelming. I’ve lost 8 stone altogether, my waist went from 42” and is now 29.5” and my hips from 51” to 38.5”.
I have hit goals that i never thought possible this year i have even more to reach hopefully before Christmas but i know i can do it with PT.
I’m a completely different person with a new mindset and a new lifestyle, so thank you to everyone at PT, you’ve changed my life.’As a trainer I say this all the time “strong body strong mind” but also improves all other areas of your life. We’ve all felt it, those times when maybe we can’t quite face peeling ourselves off the sofa and heading to the gym for a workout. Maybe it’s raining, or work’s been difficult; there are any number of reasons you might not fancy exercising.

If you’re needing a bit of encouragement to keep working on your fitness then simply speak to Ste or any of his team, the advice, motivation and encouragement through my first 10 week challenge we’re essential in me hit my first goal of 3 1/2 stone being lost and then post that in the overall 10 months I’ve been at PT I’ve managed to lose a further 2 1/2 stone meaning overall since the 3rd January I’ve lost 6st and gained so much more in regards to health, well-being and fitness.
So, if you’re in a bit of a workout rut, pick your favourite quote from the PT walls as your mantra of the day and head off to the gym knowing you’re making positive steps for your own health and wellbeing.

Shelly Hanson a big well done on this awesome body transformation.
Shelly’s been working hard over these past couple of months here’s what she had to say about training at my studio.
“I have just finished my 8 week body transformation challenge and been coming to Stes group pt sessions I have I loved it. I’m a busy working mum of 5 but find my time out to get to the gym ( keeps me sane ) haha
I wasnt happy with how I looked or felt ,took a hell of a lot of courage to get myself though the door after thinking about it for months I plucked up the courage !!
My anxiety slowly went away! I started with a 8 week challenge and never looked back, I was given a nutrition plan easy to follow and it’s not as hard as I thought it would be at all, I’d say to people, Track your progress weather its though pictures,measurements or how your clothes fit, The weight coming off is great! but I’d go more off how your weekly photos look, as you will start to build muscle too so weight can change.
Nervous about coming on your own please dont be! You’ll be welcomed and feel at ease once your through the door.
Its a great place to achieve your fitness goals.”

IN 8 WEEKS
So I have just finished my 8 week challenge with Ste Barlow and I've managed to loose 1 stone 6lbs in this space of time.
I can’t thank Ste and the team enough for all their hard work and effort they’ve put into the challenge, the amount of information you receive is ridiculous for the price you pay. if you have any questions or issues regarding training or diet they get back to you straight away and help you with your goals.
I have been going the gym for years and I was stuck in a rut for things to do training wise and diet so when I seen this advertised on Ste’s social media posts I thought it was the perfect opportunity to do something and also learn some new things with the Online coaching.
This challenge has helped me in so many ways like my fitness and strength, One of best achievements was I managed to beat my personal best 5K time which was 19 minutes 40 seconds in a race with 73 other people and last week I got 18 minutes 58 seconds running on my own.
I’m going to continue with the challenge but change it up a little bit with the gyms opening so try put a bit of muscle mass on but maintain the condition i am in.
Anyone interested in this challenge and want to get some fantastic results I’d highly recommend joining the August challenge before it sells out again. Thanks again Ste

“Firstly i am so grateful to Ste Id been unhappy with my physical shape for a long time and wasnt doing much about it, i was all talk.
The help the fantastic, friendly, yet professional crew that work here and the platform they have setup, the support, knowledge and advice they offer really helps when your hitting a low point.
The various training circuits on offer which differ each day, HIIT everywhere for maximum effectiveness. (see what i did there). It isn't easy to begin but neither was signing up in the first place, but.... the end results will show how much you wanted that better feeling about yourself physically and mentally. You WILL take away from the challenge what you put into it in personal effort, a side potion of discipline and some determination.
The clientelle and culture here is what makes it enjoyable and i love every session.
Everyone has the same goal no matter the level, age, weight or gender they are and its so friendly and welcoming. not once have i felt out of place or doubted why i go.
Thanks so much to Ste, and all the members ive worked out amongst for lighting that fire i now have to stay in shape whilst raising my own personal bar yo be even better. I cannot recommend him enough. It is worth my every effort.
